So, what exactly is the 4:1 concept? It involves asking four follow-up questions about a single topic. This technique revolves around listening to the responses and then asking further questions, repeating this process four times. As a result, you'll discover more about the person than you typically would. This approach can prove invaluable in various situations, such as closing sales, uncovering collaboration opportunities, identifying hidden prospects, and connecting people with valuable resources.
I love this concept because it helps you delve deeper into objections, preventing you from making hasty assumptions based on just one answer.
This type of vertical questioning makes conversations so much more profound and enjoyable. Give it a try, and you'll be amazed at the fascinating things you'll uncover about people you've known for years, including your members!
